Hey there, everyone ! Very Happy

It's been a few weeks since I haven't been very active on the forum, so to make up for that I'm posting this new collab, which I hope you'll find interesting.

See, I've started to write a parody of the song "A Girl Worth Fighting For" from Mulan, where Disney Princesses sing about the qualities they want to find in their soul mates (not that it is a very original idea, but personnally I find it funny x).

Here are the lyrics propositions I've already added :

I like the concept, and most of what you have so far, but I think the lyrics need just a bit of tweaking, my personal opinion, I feel like you should keep key words from the original lyrics, but also have a good amount of your own flare to it. does that make any sense? I wouldn't mind collabing the script with you. I see you are about half way done through the lyrics. I like everything up until Meg's part, but since the original guy says "strength" I feel you could also incorporate that word into Meg's part. For instance, you could say "My man will have super-strength who’ll plunge bad guys in fear." and then I'd also say re-word Kida's part a bit, but I like "kings of knowledge" part. Then the rest of the lyrics after Kida I really like. It's just my personal opinion, so please don't take offense, i'm stating that with what you have so far I really like, I'd just tweak those two parts. And again if you need help on the rest of the lyrics, just let me know Smile

Just a question : Do you want lines for princesses who didn't speak yet (like Pocahontas, Rapunzel, Tiana, Eilowny...) or do you want the ones we already heard to sing again ?

I was working on the rest of the lyrics earlier and this is what I've come up so far. I put a few of the previous lines before the new ones, that way you can see where I am at so far. I hope that these added lyrics might inspire you, if you don't have any yet

oh I finished the rest of the lyrics! You can use them or not it's up to you, but I tried to get practically all the Disney princesses in the lyrics. here's the complete song from what you had and what I've added to it:

Great job ! I'm adding them =D Only I find a bit strange that Merida sings about a guy "back home" and then all the princesses sing "while WE're at home". Also is it just me or this line : "All princesses: But while we’re at home, they’re in war, I’m ready to-o snore" isn't really fitting the rythm ? I don't have an alternative just yet but I'll think about it whan I have time. And of course you can be Belle ^^

thx ^^. haha I tried to put Merida's part in a sarcastic way. That's why in the next line I put Rapunzel saying that the only boy at home fore her would be her brothers because she isn't that type of girl, but feel free to change it. and lol!

yes that line was probably the hardest to come up with. I couldn't really think of anything to say to were all the princesses sing.
